It may be dark outside but it's warm in our hearts! Join us for our annual Laugh It Off poetry slam on December 21st! At a time of year that is challenging for many, we want to bring a bit of brevity and cheer your days.
Funny or light-hearted poems are encouraged, but not required. Come join us for an interactive spoken word event where anyone can sign-up to perform on the open mic or compete for the $100 slam prize

Introducing our amazing feature Kez Vicario-Robinson  - Kez Vicario-Robinson is a queer and non-binary improviser and stand-up comedian, doing shows in the GTA, Waterloo Region, and surrounding areas! They work for the Canadian Improv Games as a trainer, and run programming for Spectrum Community Space. They have been featured at Just For Laughs 42, Guelph Comedy Festival, Speak North, Femme Folks Fest, Pinch Cabaret, and more!

EMMA BRISSON - Hey y'all! My name is Emma Brisson and I'm a folk singer/songwriter here in Guelph. Ever since I was a little girl I've been singing and writing music. My music means a great deal to me and my goal is to share this passion with others.

I have yet to have a full set of my own music but I have some fun covers mixed in there to get you moving.  I am super excited to show you what I've got and I hope you see y'all there :)
